Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Idavita is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at idavita.support@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
